Enjoyed! For 99c this was definitely worth it.

Pixel Fighters is one of the best RPGs available for iPhone. The gameplay is fun and challenging and there is a lot of variety with 9 differente characters to choose from. The game is also being constantly upgraded with new features since its launch. All in all, a 5-star recommendation.

Needs a lot more content before its a five. Otherwise its a great game.

Its a nice start. Great pick up and play gameplay but it seems to get a bit tedious after playing for too long in one sitting. Great to kill a few minutes with though. Its fun playing around with each characters unique abilities and figuring out the most efficient way to use them.

This is a great iOS RPG game! Amazing Pixel visuals, great turn-based combat and fun charaters!

Great for quick on the go rpg goodness. Great implementation of the ui. Only request would be to bring up the menu by double tapping the character. But no real complaints on this gem

Game is worth it!

RPG tactics fans will love it. Theres just no question. Simple, its quality will sneak up on you. I keep running thru it. Great Game center integration as well. Dirt cheap. A steal.

This game is a very fun one, but there is only one chapter at the moment. MORE CHAPTERS!!

Freezes on main screen!And wont let me play!!!!!

Its a fun game but it needs way more content. Also, battles should have a faster pace.

Great fun! Retro graphics bring me back, and a really nice RPG to boot. Even my wife loves this game. Thanks developers for making such a nice game. Cant miss at this price. Seriously.

Funny game!

If you liked classic RPG, then youll love this. Its almost exactly great except its got more mobs, more combatants to choose from and you can play with a friend locally in Splitscreen or Bluetooth modes. The graphics are the same as Pixel Game, its even got the same feel to it. It seems to be a bit slow leveling but ive only been playing it a few hours :] So, this is a game that has a lot of fun for casual gamer. Very polished, retro, but with modern feel. cute and.... humorous. lol Perfect combination between simple and challenging. Pixelverse and the retro looks are just fantastic!

Wow where did this game come from ? Just found it searching for something else . So many awesome games by small developers . Well if you like RPGs pick this up !!! - graphics are pixel perfect lol and gameplay is surprisingly deep without becoming tedious. Bravo Kyle , this really scratches my RPG itch in small bites . I look forward to updates and I hope this game gets on the radar !! Im going to tell all my friends .

Well worth the download, one of the best iPhone games Ive seen

I really liked this game. You start off with about 5 characters to choose from each with its own abilities and strengths/weaknesses. Also is 4 hidden characters to unlock by completeing acheivments. Its like final fantasy with its turn based system. Each turn you gain 3 (ap) which you can spend, or save for the you next turn for a max of 6 ap. you spend these ap on your moves. There are moves that use 1 ap and some that will even use all 6 but are extremely powerful. After you save your ap or use it all its the opponents turn and you continue back and fourth. When i first played it, i went though the story mode which didnt take long and was very easy to beat even without spending any pixels (xp). I then tried the same approach on chapter 2 but it became semi difficult so i ended up spending pixels and it became slightly easier. Its very short but i enjoyed it. I wish there was more single player content. After you beat the came u can redo the chapters or play vs. In versus you can play against a computer, a friend using the same device , bluetooth, or even online with game center. The conputer ai isnt very smart at all. It will not heal with almost dead, will dispell when there are no debuffs. It makes the fight feel unsatisfying. In splitscreen you and a friend each picks 3 of the characters and play agaisnt eachother in turns the same way. I have not tried bluetooth. And sadly i have not connect to an online match because no one plays this. Cons: -Although it is a quick game, i find myself quickly taping the screen trying to do my next action but there is a delay in menus so you need to wait for the next one to pop up -I like that you confirm before many actions but it feels that sometimes it takes a long time just to do one action. Maybe if the menu came up when you tap the character it would be faster. With the delay of switching between menus makes it longer. - CRASHING. When i first played i couldnt finish a fight. I crashed every single time until i found out why (at least why) i was crashing. The menu delay. If you attack with someone i often was beating the menus so i would try to makey next action before the ap points from the previous action had been spent. Again this is because the menus take a while to pop up. -a story mode glitch nothing big. At a boss fight i stunned the boss while it was almost dead and i kept him like that a while before i killed him. Next fight his saved ap carried over and the next group of baddies had like 15 ap to spend! Maybe its intentional. I thought it was funny kinda like karma. - and it just needs more active players. I wish this game had more plays to play online and more single player content. Maybe new charcters or at least a way to costomizw or choose a color for a unit or the whole team since fighting agaisnt the same looking people isnt as fun as them being a differnet shade of color :) . I love the ap system and there is no leveling up to keep them balanced. also the team that moves second is at a disadvantage for vs. it would nice for the one who moves second to have everyone be in defend or maybe boost. Keep the updates coming! Main thing is make the menus instant! So you dont need to wait for them. :) very great game.

Played for about an hour in single player and having a blast
